Overview
Khema Hospitals is a growing healthcare network in Cambodia providing hospital and clinical services across multiple facilities. Adroit’s work with Khema began in 2019 with the first eHospital Systems implementation and expanded as additional hospitals came online in 2020 and 2022.
The Challenge
As Khema Hospitals expanded, the organization needed to bring new facilities onto a consistent Hospital Information System without rebuilding the technology foundation for every location. Each hospital also required workflows, integrations, training, and operational processes adapted to its own needs.

Adroit Solution
Adroit Infosystems established eHospital Systems as the common HIS foundation for Khema Hospitals. Beginning with the first implementation in 2019, the platform was extended to additional hospitals in 2020 and 2022. Each rollout built on the same core system while adapting workflows, integrations, training, and operational processes for the individual facility.
Implementation Scope
The multi-hospital implementation included deployment and configuration of eHospital Systems, digitization of clinical and administrative workflows, system customization, hospital-wide process integration, user onboarding and training, and technical coordination during rollout and stabilization.
Outcomes
Khema Hospitals was able to expand its HIS across additional facilities while retaining an established technology foundation. The approach supported greater consistency across locations while allowing each hospital’s workflows and operational requirements to be accommodated.
