Adroit Solution
Adroit Infosystems customized and modified its healthcare management solutions for incorporation into the CLODS System™. Adroit’s Hospital Management System was configured within the CLODS framework to digitize patient records, consolidate health information, and support connected clinical and administrative workflows across healthcare facilities in Ghana.
Implementation Scope
Adroit’s work included customization and modification of its healthcare management solutions, digital patient record management, clinical and administrative workflow support, improved reporting functionality, implementation assistance, and ongoing technical support to maintain reliable system operations.
Outcomes
The transition to a digitally integrated environment strengthened operational workflows, improved health data management, and made clinical and administrative information more accessible. Through its broader Ghana program, CLODS reports more than 60 hospitals under implementation, over 500,000 patients onboarded, more than 1.2 million community members impacted, and over 35,000 training hours for hospital staff.
